Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include original packaging

  • Not be damaged due to misuse

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain earrings and personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
